1. What is Swapnil Saundarya Label ?

- ' Swapnil Saundaya Label '  is a place where you can  find extensive range of  Designer Lifestyle Products. We feel that life is all about good living . That is why our label has unique products at great value . Swapnil Saundarya Label is great at having unusual aesthetic design sensibility which is reflected in our products ranging from Jewellery , Clothes , Accessories, Furnishings, Furniture, Interior Products , Knick Knacks, Paintings , Paraphernalias to Lifestyle Books . Swapnil Saundarya Label provides rare- to -find products to the discerning Indian audience . We also guide our customers in making informed choices that help express their own , unique style . Our mission is to promote custom-made designer products  and offer our clients such fine products which make their world a masterpiece




2. What is Swapnil Saundarya Label's Waitlist Policy  ?


- All our designer products are manufactured in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity , so some sold out items may not be available again. However we have a Waitlist option available on our e-store . If you choose to waitlist a product we will notify you via e-mail when the piece is available again and you will be directed to the site to process your payment .





3. What to do if my orders arrived incomplete/incorrect/ damaged or defective and what if I want to have it fixed or return it ?


- If you have received a damage item or defective piece or the wrong product , you will need to get in touch with us within 5 working days of receiving the parcel by sending us an e-mail on swapnilsaundarya@gmail.com along with images of your order and we will get in touch with you in 2-3 working days and arrange a replacement on priority and pick up the products from you .





4. What shipping method does Swapnil Saundarya Label use ?

-  We only ship within India. We use a large network of couriers to deliver our products to you as soon as possible  and we charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 150. We dispatch products from Monday to Friday. Once you place the order, we will dispatch it the next working day so , it will take  2 - 10 working days for the parcel to reach you based on your location and don't worry, all our product shipments are insured.




5. How can I change or cancel my order ?



- If you need to change or cancel your order , please contact our customer care executive immediately at 09455880159 from Monday to Friday between 10 :30 A.M to 6 :30 P.M . You may also e-mail us at swapnilsaundarya@gmail.com .

Please be advised that some orders are shipped almost immediately and it may not always be possible to cancel but if you cancel an order before the product (s) has been shipped to you , we will refund your entire amount by cheque / DD .




6. What is the process to return a product ?


- oops ! We are extremely sorry but currently we don't facilitates to return a product after order until the product/ your order has arrived incomplete / incorrect/ damaged or defective.





7. What payment methods can I use ? Do you offer Cash on Delivery ?


- Depending on where you are located in India, you can  pay for your ' Swapnil Saundarya Label ' purchases in Indian Rupees only. We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are:

Demand Draft / Cheque:
You can select ‘Demand Draft/Cheque’ as a mode of payment when you place an order with us. Your order will be processed once we receive the Cheque/Demand Draft and the amount is credited to us.

Direct Wire Transfer :
Details will be emailed to you once you place the order choosing to pay by a direct wire transfer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) :
You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.





8. How does Cash On Delivery ( COD ) work ?

- You can make the payment in cash to the delivery agent once the product reaches you.
Note : We accept cash on delivery for orders shipped to 42 cities in India.

- Swapnil Saundarya Label's online exhibitions  are generally one or two-day events held every other month on our e-store . You can check our upcoming exhibitions details  on S S Label's Calendar




10. How I can consign my artworks  to Swapnil Saundarya Label's Online exhibitions ?

- If you would like to consign artworks ( Painting, Sculpture , Jewellery . Interior Products etc.) to our online exhibitions , please send us the following informations and details :

a. Images of the piece ( s ).
b. Details of the piece ( s ) { for artworks : title, year, dimensions, signature etc., for Jewellery : stones, carat weight, etc. }.
c. Provenance  { where and when you acquired the piece ( s ) } .
d. Authenticity Documentation .
e. Current condition of the piece( s ).
f. Location of the piece ( s ).

After our team has received these informations , they will decide whether the piece ( s ) can be included in Swapnil Saundarya Label's Online Exhibitions and the final decision will be taken by the partners of Swapnil Saundarya Label and this final decision will be communicated to you . Please note that this process may take anywhere between 2-4 weeks depending on the piece ( s ).
